For those of you unfamiliar with our Summer Rock Camps, students who attend are grouped into "bands" based on age, ability, and instrument forming a "band". Our summer program is taught by the same professional musicians who teach our lessons. The summer sessions allow our students to experience playing & performing in a "real-musicians" world. Monday through Thursday is "band-practice" where they learn up to 5 songs, (a set), to perform and record on the final day, Friday. They then use our "in-house" recording studio to "cut" a CD!
For the fourth year, we will have a "gig" scheduled in the Fall for all the summer "bands". This gives our students the experience of performing in a professional setting that is family friendly! NEW! LITTLE ROCKER SUMMER CAMP!
The Zounds Little Rocker Summer Camp is designed to introduce our young and beginner rockers to the excitement of musicianship through contemporary & rock music!
This camp helps you and your child recognize special interests or skills for future music instruction with activities that include listening, instrument instruction, and the written language of music. It will incorporate lessons/appreciation of guitar, bass, drums, piano, and vocals, along with an overall focus on music appreciation.
This camp is for beginner rockers ages 6 yrs to 8 yrs. (Drop off between 9:30am & 10:00 am) pickup is 2pm.

Session Dates & Times
We will be having a camp session every week of the summer, starting the week of June 7th through the week of August 16th. The dates represent the Mondays of each week.
June 7, 14, 21, 28
July 5, 12, 19, 29
August 2, 9, 16
The sessions are 4 hours long each day for a week, (Monday through Friday) and will run from 10 am to 2 pm daily.
Little Rocker Summer Camp only….drop off between 9:30am & 10:00 am. Pickup is 2pm.

Get $50 off when you enroll and pay your deposit
(one-half of camp total) by May 1, 2010
OK.. Everybody that is interested in participating please fill out the form below. We will confirm via email your date and session time. A deposit equal to 50% of the total Summer Session price is due on May 15th.
The kids are asked to bring lunch along with them on Monday through Thursday. On Friday, (studio day), we will have a pizza lunch. Please send $5 along with your rocker for pizza and fun!
